Summary: The weathered buildings had leaks through cracks in teh stucco and needed restoration and water proofing.
Restoration: This project required special attention due to the water and atmospheric climate challenges to the exterior. A float rig was built and towed into place to each building to stage tall ladders needed to reach the elevations on the bay side. Special netting was attached to the underside of the buildings in order to prevent paint debris from entering the water. All cracks were opened, primed,filled, and re-textured. Two finish coats (all hand rolled) of flexible elastomeric were applied to all walls. Six years later, we painted all of their new rebuilt carports.
